received a Bachelor's degree with honors from the University
of South Florida in 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree with honors
from Florida State University in 1973. While in law school I
received American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellent Achievement
in the study of criminal law and corporations. I am a member
of the Florida Bar, the Bar of the U. S. District Court for
the Northern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court
of Appeals, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and
the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. In 1986 I was awarded
the President's Pro Bono Service Award by the Florida Bar. My
primary areas of practice are domestic relations (also known
as family law), corporation and business law, real estate, insurance
law and civil trial practice, including personal injury. |
